Unable to check account usage with DataOne- BSNL Broadband

Hi folks if you are not able to check your account usage or not able to goto the admin page using the path http://www.dataone.in-> Check Account Usage, use one of the following urls to go to your admin page.

The user name password is the one use to connect the web, its the same to check your account usage.

Can u please tell how i can use my Dataone BSNL Broadband ( Home Unlimited) at my shop where i have limited plan? BSNL people says the port is binded and only one telephone number can use one connection…..Means i can use my home connection at my home and shop connection at shop…..Can u tell me any solution for using my password anywhere?
First make sure both telephones are connected to the same exchange…. Previously all usernames in the same exchange was working in any telephone line.. Now a days they bound the ports with the usernames, so now a days they are not working…
Anyway try, if not working nothing can be done,
